ARCHITECTURE

We create residential real estate objects. A group of architects and designers takes care of everything from concept creation to implementation. The process includes three stages:

SKETCH DESIGN (ED)

​

We develop a pre-project proposal in accordance with the technical specifications and wishes of the customer. We create a set of documents: general plan diagram, floor plans, 3D visualizations, color facades.

PROJECT PROPOSAL (PP)

WORKING PROJECT

Set of documentation required for construction

​

Master plan: linking the designed building and MAF buildings on the site, TEP,  driveways, platforms (without landscaping)

​

Architectural solutions: facade passport, facades in axes, layouts with explication of premises, sections of the designed building

​

Reinforced concrete or metal structures: foundations, floors, monolithic belts, staircase structures, etc. (according to the design features of the designed building).

​

Heating and ventilation: plans for the arrangement of heating and ventilation equipment, three-dimensional diagrams of systems, specifications of installation equipment and materials

​

Internal water supply and sewerage: plans for wiring networks, three-dimensional diagrams of water supply and sewerage systems, specifications of installation equipment and materials

​

Electrical solutions: schematic and single-line diagrams of power supply, plans for the location of electrical equipment (sockets, lighting, electrical panels), specification of materials.
