By agreement, author's support is included in the architectural or design project. We plan and monitor the progress of repair and construction work. AUTHOR'S SUPPORT INCLUDES:
A designer or architect travels to the site once a week (up to 4 hours) to a construction site or to a store to select materials and furniture. Also, a specialist travels to the construction site upon request, depending on the need for inspection.
Making adjustments to working drawings that arose after dismantling old partitions and erecting new ones, after leveling floors, walls and ceilings
Control and consultation of installation and finishing works
Consulting and monitoring compliance with each stage of work
Preparation of commercial proposals indicating selling companies
Selection together with the customer of finishing materials, furniture and interior items (selection of floor and wall coverings, carpentry, ceramic tiles, plumbing fixtures, electrical appliances, lighting equipment, cabinet and upholstered furniture, decoration with art objects, accessories, selection of textiles, etc. )

DEADLINES
Design supervision is carried out during the period agreed upon by the parties.
If construction of the facility is not completed during this period, an additional contract is concluded.
