Description: house for permanent residence of a family of four. The task during the reconstruction of the existing building was to add a room with a swimming pool and add a second floor to increase the living space of the house. After examining the building, a reconstruction project was carried out with the calculation of all the necessary loads, the installation of foundation drainage, as well as the design of engineering systems, interior design, and landscape design of the site.
