Description: house for permanent residence of a family of four. The project was completed from scratch based on the customer’s technical specifications. The main difficulties during design and construction were related to preparing the foundation for the house. We had to remove 7 m of soil and replace it with sand with layer-by-layer compaction. 

The house project is made in a classic style. On the ground floor there are technical rooms, a garage for 12 cars, and a personnel area. On the ground floor there are halls, a living room, a dining room, and a media room. On the second floor there are bedrooms and recreation areas.
